How many ways can you make macaroni and cheese? The 2008 winning recipes featured ingredients ranging from apples and cornbread, to sweet potatoes and rosemary.
Check out the final results below and try our winners’ delectable dishes.
Our grand finale winner, Angie Phillips, of Tarzana, California, took home $5,000 cash and the title of "The Big Cheese", a year supply of Tillamook® cheese and endless bragging rights for her Caramelized, Sweet Potato, Garlic & Rosemary Macaroni & Cheese.
Our first runner-up, Kathi Jones Del-Monte from Rochester, New York, wowed the judges’ taste buds with her Tillamook Triple-Play Macaroni & Six Cheese Strata, took home $2,000 cash and 15 pounds of Tillamook® cheese.
Rhonda Allen of Lake Oswego, Oregon, took home title of second runner-up with her Tillamook Macaroni & Cheese Chile Relleno Pie. Allen received $1,000 cash and 15 pounds of Tillamook® cheese.

Thanks to you, Melissa LaCaille from Kirkland, Washington, took home $2,500 cash and a year supply of Tillamook® cheese for the first ever People’s Choice Award with her Cornbread Topped Apple Macaroni and Cheese .
Congratulations also to the Widmer Brothers Choice award-winner Catherine Wilkinson from Dewey, Arizona for her Smokey Black Pepper Cheese and Macaroni with Wild Mountain Chanterelles

How to Enter
Submit your favorite recipe (maximum of 3 entries) either online or by mail.
Entries must be formatted in the following way:

Recipe
First, list the recipe ingredients. Type in the measurement (ex. 1 tsp), then a dash ( - ) then the ingredient name (ex. paprika). Example:
1 tsp - Paprika
2 cups - Bread Crumbs
Next, list the recipe preparation, describing the preparation in detail. Example:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large pot bring water to a boil. Add packaged elbow macaroni to boiling water and reduce heat.
