To call the entries the Tillamook Macaroni & Cheese Recipe Contest has received over the past four years diverse would be a gross understatement. Thousands of submissions have poured into our offices on a cheesy tide, carrying ingredients ranging from butternut squash to Granny Smith Apples, pancetta to green chilis.
