Ingredients
2 1/2 cups - Kells Lager
3/4 pound - Tillamook® Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar
1/4 pound - Parmesan
1/4 pound Tillamook® Medium Cheddar
1 teaspoon - Paprika
1 teaspoon - Garlic
1 teaspoon - White Pepper
2 cups - Heavy Cream
TT - Salt
1/4 cup - Roux (equal parts flour and butter)
Preparation
Bring the Kells lager to a simmer, reduce to half. Add cheese, heavy cream and seasonings. Bring to a simmer and roux.
